a realm with detached flavor

smoky fog rises
prepared, but feeling calm fear
one breath dissolves me
portal to some mystic realm
mind and the universe merge

scarlet takes the sky
flames cascade on earth's west stage
the day's signature
like the end of a great tale
you're left in awe and splendor

permeating buzz
a carefree spark fills our heart
rose tinted minds
